Honestly I am not the best with my nerves when it comes to tire /mechanic shops. However at Gibbons that was not the case. They are upfront. The team was willing to communicate possible options to a solution and they were able to fix my tire quicker than I expected. Will forsure go back to them when I need another checkup on my vehicle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Gibbon Tire & Auto! My car wasn’t drivable Brandon recommended a very reasonably priced towing service, which was a huge help during a stressful situation. Once my car arrived, Brandon took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed and was completely transparent about the repairs and costs. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the process. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Gibbon Tire & Auto has definitely earned my business. I highly recommend them, and a special thank you to Brandon for going above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth as possible!

Mr. Todd and his team are truly reliable and professional. They took the time to explain everything my car needed in a very clear and patient way, making sure I understood both the current repairs and what to watch for in the future. Trustworthy, and detail-oriented service.

I've always had great experiences with Gibbon. I was dealing with an issue that the dealership hadn't been able to figure out after multiple visits. The team at Gibbon listened to my concerns, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even provided a short video showing exactly what was going on. I shared it with the dealer, and they were able to fix the issue at no cost! The Gibbon team is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Just great team to work with. Highly recommend.
